What we store
Raffs Sync stores only the data required to perform authorised integrations and maintain operational reliability.
- OAuth tokens (e.g. Accurate Online access and refresh tokens).
- Order metadata required for synchronisation (IDs, timestamps, SKUs, status).
- SKU & modifier mappings to ensure accurate stock tracking.
- Operational logs to diagnose issues, retries, and integration health.
What we do not do
There are clear limits on how Raffs Sync handles your data.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data except where required for authorised API calls.
- We do not access systems beyond the scopes you explicitly authorise.
- We do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass platform safeguards.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of your integration data at any time.
Upon request, we will:
- Delete stored OAuth tokens and tenant configuration.
- Remove stored mapping and integration configuration.
- Retain only minimal audit logs where required for operational integrity or compliance.
